What to expect: the application process

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to recruitment at DeepMind, our priority is understanding your interests, skills and motivations so we can explore where you might best fit in the team.

We have a multi-step recruitment process which usually consists of a initial remote conversation (usually on Google Hangouts) with one of our hiring team. The next step is a skills based assessment (or assessments) related to the roles you’re interested in, and finally a number of face to face interviews with different members of the DeepMind team so you can ask questions and they can get to know you.

You will have the support of our hiring team throughout the process who are there to answer any questions you have along the way.
